HARRISON BARNES ONE OF THE NATION’S TOP RECRUIT HAS SIGNED WITH NORTH CAROLNIA
Harrison Barnes has signed with North Carolina. One of the top boy’s basketball recruits has signed with North Carolina. He had received scholarship offers from across the nation but in the end he decided to sign with North Carolina.
