DEVOE JOSEPH IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY COLLEGE BASKETBALL

Devoe Joseph who is one of the top incoming men’s basketball recruits who has signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Minnesota has been cleared to play by the NCAA Clearing House. There were some concerns about the eligibility of Devoe Joseph because he is from Canada.
