PRIOR LAKE LAKERS ARE TAKING ON THE EASTVIEW LIGHTNING

I am at the Prior Lake vs Eastview game this evening and before the game gets underway the fire alarms were going off here and we did not have to outside but it did delay the start of the ball game.

The game finally gets under way here at Prior Lake both teams look to have a lot of energy after our 10 minute delay. For Prior Lake, Deryck Ludwig has made some nice moves to the basket. He has been able to score off the shots that he has put up. Prior Lake has gotten off to a good start tonight. They have a 6-0 advantage to begin this game.

For Eastview, Vinard Birch has come up with some nice plays here tonight. He has made some nice shots around the basket. After a slow start to begin this game Eastview has made a little run at it here midway through the first half. Eastview has taken their first lead at 13-12 with 9:35 left to go in the first half.

Both teams are battling here in the first half. Eastview has gotten a 7 point lead with 6:50 left to go in the first half. With 6:50 left to go in the first half the score is Eastview 21 and Lakeville 14.

Andrew Mc Lean for the Lightning is really playing aggressive here tonight. He has been able to go after loose balls here tonight. He is really playing scrappy. He has made some nice shots here tonight. He has been able to put a hand up in a guys face and box out well on the defensive end.

Eastview has gone to a press here as they want to put pursue on the defense and make them do something with the ball. Eastview has been able to make shots here so far here tonight. East View has been able to push the ball up the court. They want to get the ball out in transition and run with it. This game has been physical contest.

At half time the score is Eastview 34 and Prior Lake 24.

The second half is underway here tonight Prior Lake will have to fight back into this game tonight. They have played well tonight but they have not been able to hit the key shots tonight. Eastview has been running a lot of plays here so far. They have been doing a lot of passing and cutting on the offensive end.

Drew Johnson has just come down and hit a couple of nice jump shots. He has really been able to get out and play strong and aggressive here tonight.

Both of these teams have played well but Eeastview now has a commanding 53-35 lead with 9:30 left to go. The score is now out of hand but both of these teams have play hard throughout this whole game.

Eastview has been a very vocal team here tonight. They are really yelling for the ball and helping their teammates out and are being very supportive. Prior Lake is still competing in this game. This game is not over by a long shot.

Eastview has a 59-49 point lead with 4:00 left to go. Prior Lake has been trying to fight back here in this game. They have played hard. They need to make the shots that they have put up. In a kind of a sloppy game the Eastview Lightning have came away with a 72-57 victory tonight.
