In the top of the seventh Bill Martinetto gets a double out to left field. Sam Sparen gets a sac bunt moving Bill Martinetto to third. Erik Hovet gets a single to first base Bill Martinetto gets thrown out at third. Kyle Figgins flew out to the short stop.
In the bottom of the seventh inning Devin Croal reaches on a error by John Skrbec. Andrew Knaggs gets to second on a throwing error. Zech Sther gets on base by a sac bunt. Cory Beam is up with bases loaded hit a long fly ball to center field and scores a run.
The final score to this great game was Coon Rapids 5 and Grand Rapids 4. Both teams play very well. They both hit the ball very well with a combined hit total of 18 hits. Both teams also made great plays in the out field they had to battle the sun. The sun was shining on the players for most of the game. Some of the outfielders were having a little bit of trouble finding the ball when it was hit high in the air. Congratulations to all of the teams on making it to the tournament.
