In the top of the second inning Brian Carlson got a hit and then he got caught stealing. David Borchardt struck out and Jared Dehmer got thrown out at first.
In the bottom of the second inning Brian Anderson flew out to the center field. Ben Moen flew out to the right fielder. Derek Hovick walked. Brett Gwaltney struck out.
