MINNESOTA HEAT VS MINNESOTA STARS

17U PLAY:

The Minnesota Heat is playing the Minnesota Stars. In a game that has a good quick tempo. Both teams are getting the ball up and down the court. Both teams are pushing the ball and playing good defense. Both teams are looking to shoot the ball. It has been a battle both teams are playing scrappy on both ends of the court. It has been a low scoring game. Both teams are playing very well on the defensive end. Both teams are shooting the ball well. At half time the score is tied at 20. It is a game that will be decided down the stretch.

The second half has started just like the first half ended. Both teams are getting the ball up and down the court. Both teams are playing very well. They are both hitting their shots. Even though it is a low scoring game the shot selection has been very good. Each team is running their offense very well.

Both teams are playing both man to man and zone defense. They are both getting into passing lanes and getting a lot of deflections. Minnesota NC Heat is playing a half court 2-3 zone going back into man to man. One of the top players that are playing for Minnesota NC Heat is Taylor Hill who plays high school basketball for Minneapolis South. Taylor Hill is one of the most recruited womens basketball players in Minnesota.

In the second half the Minnesota NC Heat was able to pull away from the Stars. The key to the game was the shooing of the ball by all of the Heat’s players. The Stars were missing shots down the stretch. Both teams played very well through out the whole game.


The final of the game was the Minnesota NC Heat 48 and the Minnesota Stars 41.
