MINNEAPOLIS NORTH TOOK ON PLAINVIEW-ELGIN MILLVILLE IN THE MINNESOTA BREAKDOWN TIP OFF CLASSIC

In the second game of the day it was Minneapolis North against Plainview-Elgin Millville. PEM started the game off in a zone defense.

Minneapolis North’s Ricky Collins came in and made some shots at the beginning of the game.

PEM used a zone defense in the beginning of the game. North was able to push the ball and they were able to go on a run midway through the first half. North was able to hold the lead throughout the first half.

At the half the score was Minneapolis North 43 and PEM 40.

PEM came out fired up in the second half. Both teams played strong in the game. The defensive pressure got to Minneapolis North.

PEM was able to make shots in the second half. They really battled Minneapolis North. The North players really did play aggressively throughout the game.

North was able to fight back in the second half. PEM was tough throughout the contest. They were able to slow down Minneapolis North.

PEM was able to go on a run in the second half and Minneapolis North was not able to catch up with them.

North played well the whole game. They were able to go on a run late in the second half and make a late charge at PEM.

PEM was able to come away with the 81-74 victory over Minneapolis North.
