SABS FOUNDATION VS FAMOUS DAVE’S

In the first game of the evening it is Sabes Foundation taking on Famous Dave’s. Both teams have players that are of interest to the basketball community. A few of the big names that are on the Sabes Foundation team are future Gophers are Ralph Sampson III and Colton Iverson.

At the beginning of this game there was kind of a buzz around the gym tonight. The reason there was a buzz was because of Troy Bell, Colton Iverson, and the league it self. Ralph Sampson was not able to make it to the game this evening.
As this game gets started both teams are trying to get into the flow of this game. Famous Dave’s has gotten out to a 19-8 start with 4:15 left in the first quarter. Famous Dave’s has been able to shoot the ball well in this first quarter. Troy Bell has made some unbelievable shots here in the fist quarter.

Both of these teams are getting the ball up and down the court. Colton Iverson is also playing well here in the first half. Famous Dave’s is shooting the ball better here in the first quarter. They have taken a huge as a result of that they have a lead of 30-12.

Both teams are playing the wide open style of play. Both teams are pushing the ball up the court. Both teams are also are playing half court defense. Famous Dave’s has taken a 38-23 lead with 4:30 to go here in this second quarter. Colton Iverson who is going to be going to the University Of Minnesota has re entered the game. Colton has played well here in the first half. He has shot the ball well and has made some very good plays in the low block.

At half time the score is Famous Dave’s 46 and Sabes Foundation 35.

Famous Dave’s has gotten hot here in the beginning of the third quarter. They have hit most of their shots that they have put up here early in the third quarter. Both teams are still getting the ball up the court. Famous Dave’s has kind of put this game away if they keep playing hard here later in this quarter and into the fourth quarter.

At the end of the third quarter the score is Famous Dave’s 76 and Sabes 54.

Famous Dave’s looks to be in control here in the fourth quarter. They have played very hard and well the entire game. They were able to just shoot the ball better tonight. They made the shots that they were putting up the entire game. They just made better shots tonight. Troy Bell who I thought played well tonight had a total of 28 points.
