ST. FRANCIS TOOK ON NORTH ST. PAUL IN A BASKETBALL GAME

St. Francis and North St. Paul went up against each other in a basketball game. North St. Paul was able to get out and score baskets in transition.

North St. Paul started in zone defense. That made it hard for St. Francis to get open looks at the basket.

St. Francis took a lot of time off the clock in the first half as they were able to swing the ball around the three-point line. They were able to communicate well with each other on the floor as they were able know where everyone was on the floor.

Both teams looked to score baskets in transition.

At halftime the score was North St. Paul 29, St. Francis 18.

The second half got underway with St. Francis fired up. They came out and really attacked the basket as they looked to cut into their deficit.

North St. Paul was crisp with their passing. They were able to move the ball well down the floor and get into spots where they could shoot the ball.

St. Francis was not able to get their offense going.

North St. Paul came away with the 58-39 over St. Francis.
