TOWSON WENT UP AGAINST THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA IN A WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAME

On Dec. 6, Towson and Minnesota went up against each other in a women's basketball game.
 
Towson pushed the ball down the floor and was come able to come up with layups and jump shots.
 
Townson's Dominque Johnson came up with layups in the first quarter.
 
After one quarter of play the score was Towson 20, Minnesota 19,
 
As the second quarter got under way Minnesota looked to move the ball down the floor and come up
with layups.
 
Minnesota was able to come up with mid-range jump shots.
 
There was a media timeout with 4:59 left in the second quarter. The score was Minnesota 34, Towson 26.
 
Minnesota kept attacking the basket late in the second quarter.
 
At halftime the score was Minnesota 48, Towson 46.
 
As the third quarter got underway Minnesota passed the ball around the 3-point line.  
 
Neither team went on a huge run in the third quarter.
 
After three quarters of play the score was Minnesota 71, Towson 66.
 
Minnesota’s Shayne Mullaney came up with huge baskets throughout the game. She was able to get
to the basket and make her layups and mid-range jump shots.
 
Minnesota came up with the 105-86 victory over Towson.
