IN THE GIRLS’ CLASS A THIRD PLACE GAME IT WAS CLOQUET VS LA CRESCENT

In the Class A third place girls’ soccer game it was Cloquet against La Crescent. With 26:35 left in the first half Jessie Ryan scored the first goal of the game. Emily Johnson delivered the assist.

Both teams played hard throughout the first half. They went after the ball aggressively in the first half.

At half time the score was Cloquet 1 and La Crescent 0.

Both teams came out strong in the second half. They each wanted to come out and score goals. They tried to do this by trying to get the ball down the field as fast as they could.

Cloquet was able to come away with the 1-0 victory. I was able to talk to Cloquet’s Jessie Ryan and head coach Dustin Randal about the game.
