MADISON EAST WENT UP AGAINST CHAMPLIN PARK IN A BOYS’ BASKETBALL GAME.

Madison East WI. and Champlin Park squared off in a boys’ basketball game. The score went back and forth early.

Madison East pushed the ball down the floor and looked to get everyone involved in the offense.
There were several ties and lead changes in the first half.
Champlin Park’s Josiah Strong and Marcus Hill both came up with mid-range jump shots and layups. There teammates did a good job of getting them the ball in spots where they could shoot it.
Madison East called a timeout with 6:56 left in the first half. The score was Champlin Park 22, Madison East 18.
Madison East continued to look to get to the basket and score layups.
At halftime, the score was Champln Park 41 Madison East 28.
As the second half got underway Champlin Park used their quickness and could make shots. They could get past the Madison East defense and make layups.
Champlin Park kept on coming up with steals and layups.
Madison East called a timeout with 8:45 left in regulation. The score was Champlin Park 68, Madison East 38.
Champlin Park continued to push the ball down the floor and kept on coming up with layups.
Champlin Park came away with the 87-65 victory over Madison East.
