CHAMPLIN PARK TOOK ON COOPER IN A BOYS' BASKETBALL GAME

Champlin Park went up against Robbinsdale Cooper in a boys' basketball contest. Cooper looked to get the ball into the hands of Rashad Deandre Vaughn.

The score went back and forth in the opening minutes of the game. There were several lead changes that took place.

Champlin Park started the game in a zone defense. They wanted to spread Cooper out and force them to make long shots.

Ian Smith got the ball for Champlin Park. He was able to dribble around his defenders and took the ball hard to the basket.

Both teams put on a defensive display as it was difficult to shoot the ball.

The score at halftime was Cooper 25 and Champlin Park 22.

Champlin Park looked to get the ball into the hands of Anthony Hill. Hill was all over the court. He was not afraid to shoot the ball from anywhere on the floor.

Champlin Park went on a run midway though the second half. Cooper didn't give up as they kept on trying to attack the basket.

Champlin Park came away with the 62-52 victory over Cooper.

Champlin Park was led in scoring by Anthony Hill with 20 points and Matt Juneau with 14 points. Cooper was lead in scoring by Rashad Deandre Vaughn with 22 points.
