EASTVIEW TOOK ON WHITE BEAR LAKE IN GIRLS QUARTER FINAL ACTION

In the second class AAAA quarterfinal game it was Eastview taking on White Bear Lake. Both of these teams came out ready to play. They each went at each other in the first half. As they traded baskets neither team got a comfortable lead early in the first half.

White Bear Lake looked strong in the first half. Both teams were really balanced in the first half. They were able to go at each other in the first half. Eastview played an aggressive man to man defense in the first half. Eastview also played some zone defense.

As the first half went on each of these teams put pursue on each other. Neither team gave up on either side of the court.

At the half the score was tied at 25.

As the second half got underway each team came out and played hard to start the second half. Eastview looked good coming out of the locker room.

Both teams played zone defense in the second half. Each team shot there fair amount of three point shots.
Eastview was able to go on a run in the middle of the second half. They were able to put up some big numbers in the early in the second half. They just took over from there.

White Bear Lake never gave up in this game they really played well. But they were just out matched by the East View team.

Sam Mehr played well for the Eastview Lighting. She was able to go up and make some nice shots in the game.
Eastview was able to come away with the victory 69-52 victory over White Bear Lake.
