On Wednesday I plan on being at the Target Center covering the 2009 Girls State High School Tournament.
On the night before the tournament I was able to attend the pre-tournament banquette at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The annual event is where teams get together for a meal, they introduce tournament personal, all of the teams are introduced.
The crowd was entertained by the voice of the Minnesota Gophers Men’s Public address announcer Dick Jonckowski.
