Gale-Ettrick-Tempeleau (GET) and Minnehaha Academy squared off in a boys’ basketball game.
Minnehaha looked to push the ball down the floor and score baskets in transition.

Minnehaha’s JaVonni Bickham came up with 3-point baskets. On the defensive end Bickham slowed his man down.

The score went back and forth for a period of time in the first half. Neither team went on  run in the first half.

Minnehaha’s Dawson Rademecher came up with mid-range jump shots and layups in the first half.

His teammates did a good job of getting him the ball in spots where he could shoot it.

At halftime the score was Minnehaha 33, GET 30.

As the second half got underway GET continued to get the ball into the hands of Wagner, who was able to get to the basket and make mid-range jump shots and layups.

Minnehaha came up with baskets late in the contest. They were able to get to the basket and come up with mid-range jump shots.

The game came down to the wire. The game was close throughout. Neither team went on a run throughout the game.

Minnehaha came up with the 72-65 victory over GET.

The leading scorer for GET was Wagner with 21 points.

The leading scorer for Minnehaha was Bickham with 19 points.
