MILWAUKEE VINCENT WENT UP AGAINST HOPKINS IN A BOYS’ BASKETBALL GAME

Milwaukee Vincent squared off against Hopkins in a boys’ basketball game. The game got off to a quick start as both teams looked to make fast break layups.

Hopkins got the ball into the hands of Vinnie Shahid. Shahid came up with layups and mid-range jump shots. Teammate John Warren also came up with good shots in the first half.

Both teams dove on the floor after loose balls and went after rebounds.

Hopkins was quicker than Vincent. Vincent struggled to get their shots to drop in the first half. They did do a good job of attacking the basket.

Hopkins used their quickness to get past the Vincent defense.

Hopkins did a good job of getting everyone involved in the offense.

At halftime the score was Hopkins 56, Vincent 34.

As the second half got underway Hopkins continued to attack the basket as they were able to score baskets in transition.

Hopkins got the ball into the hands of Xavier Johnson. Johnson was able to come up with mid-range jump shots and layups throughout the game.

Hopkins continued to come up with steals and layups throughout the second half.

Hopkins was too much for Vincent. Hopkins had the lead throughout the game. The final was

Hopkins 108, Milwaukee Vincent 81.

The leading scorer for Vincent was Lewis with 25 points.

The leading scorer for Hopkins was Johnson with 21 points.
