In the second game of the evening it is Sabes Foundation is taking on Errol Carlstrom Playaz. As this game gets underway both teams are going strong after each other. Al Nolen is playing well for this Sabes Foundation team to start this game out.
This game has started out close. Both teams are trading baskets to begin this game. Ralph Sampson III who is going to be going to be going to the University of Minnesota in the fall is playing well to start this game off. He has made some unbelievable shots here to start this game out. The first half has been a battle both teams are making shot that they are taking here to end the first quarter.
As the second quarter gets under way both teams come out playing hard. They are fighting for the ball on rebounds. DeAndre Townsend is playing well for Sabes Foundation. He has made some strong cuts to the basket. He has created miss matches off the dribble and he has been able to take it strong to the rack almost every time that he has touched it.
Colton Iverson is also playing well here tonight. He has made some smart moves in this game. He has a nice mid range jump shot that he is hits almost every time that he is in that spot in the top of the key his shot is almost dead on.
Sabes Foundation is looking to push the ball up the court when they get in to transition. They really like to get it and push it. The shot clock does not get past 15 seconds left before they get a shot up. In this league there is a 24 second shot clock that is used. They are playing by the NBA rules.
Ralph Sampson III is playing well throughout this game. He is being strong and aggressive here. It has looked like he has been in the weight room this summer because he looks to be a little stronger. He is really being aggressive here in this game so far. This game has been a close game both teams are playing well.

There has been several loose ball tie ups that have taken place. Both teams are fighting over the ball.
Both teams are playing half court defense here in the fourth quarter. They are going hard after each other. Al Nolan is playing well here in this game. As this game goes on both teams are getting picky here. There has been bickering between the players and the referees. Ed Owens from the Sabes Foundation team was ejected from the game because here was arguing with the officials.
As this game has gotten intense both teams have calmed down and they were still playing hard as we near the end of the game. This game came down to the end. Errol Carlstron Playaz ended up winning the game by the final of 91-86.
Ralph Sampson had 11 points, De Andre had 22 points, Colton Iverson had 7 points and Al Nolan Jr had 28 points to night. Both teams played very well tonight. It was a hard fought game.

A & A MILLWORK VS EL-AMIN’S FISH HOUSE
In the first game of the evening at this week’s Howard Pulley Pro Am game it is A & A Millwork VS El-Amin Fish House. As this game gets underway both teams are coming out running. They are both pushing the ball up the court. A & A Millwork is running a motion offense here to start the game off. They are making cuts and trying to get everyone in the offense.
Jamil Staten is playing well here in the first quarter here. He is making good passes and really working hard on both ends of the floor. He is trying to get everyone involved in the offense. El Amin Fish House is really playing well to start off the game they have come out on fire here to start off this game.
A & A Millwork is putting together a presence here in the middle of the first quarter. They are fighting back and they are not letting down here late in the first quarter. Randy Carter is playing aggressively here in this game. He is trying working hard in the low box. He has gotten into battles in the low box with Jamil Staten. They have both fought hard to get the rebound on both ends of the court. Tryell Sledge has hit some shots from behind the three point line late here in the first quarter.

MINNESOTA ELITE VS 43 HOOPS
The Minnesota Elite are playing the 43 Hoops. Cody Meyer for the Minnesota Elite is playing well here to start this game off. Each team is going strong after each other here to star this game off with. 43 Hoops is doing a good job of shooting the ball and then boxing out here in the first half. They are making their shots that they are putting up. 43 Hoops has gone on kind of a run here in the middle of the first half. They are playing hard.
Both teams are playing a half court in hard here. 43 Hoops is having their way here they have been able to get every shot and make it at will. They are just a little bit bigger and stronger then this Elite team is a strong team don’t get me wrong but so far they have not been able to put the ball in the basket like 43 Hoops has been able to do.
43 Hoops has a 44-16 lead at half time.

94 Feet of Game is taking on All Iowa Elite. Both teams are coming out strong here to start this game. Kenquene Brown is playing well to start out this game he is making food plays here. Freddie Burton is also playing well here in the first half he is being aggressive on both ends of the court. He has active hands here in the first half.
94 Feet of Game is looking to get the ball up and down the court. They are doing a job of getting the ball out of the net on the defensive end and taking it down and going to the offensive end. Kevin Thompson is playing well here for 94 Feet of Game. He is getting the ball up the court and making good passes. He is a good guard and is playing smart here in this game. They are pushing the ball up the court every chance that they get.

DEVRON BOSTIC WINS DAVID ROWLANDS AWARD
Devron Bostc who is going to be playing basketball at the University Of Minnesota this up coming season has won the David Rowlands Award. The David Rowlands award is handed out every year. It is an award given to the athlete in the National Junior College Athletic Association who has exhibited hard work, discipline, and ethics in community college sport. Devron Bostic played at Southwestern Illinois Community College. He is playing in the Howard Pulley Pro City Pro Am this summer.

94 FEET OF GAME VS MINNESOTA COMETS
94 Feet of Game is taking on the Minnesota Commits. Both teams are starting of playing well. Both teams are looking to push the ball up the court as this game gets under way. 94 Feet of Game is pressing this Minnesota Commits team and they are also playing tough man to man defense.
The Minnesota Commits are doing a lot of driving and dishing of the ball to the open players. The Commits are playing hard in the first half. Both teams are diving after the loose balls. Both teams are playing aggressive here in the first half. Both teams are going hard after each other here in the first half. There has been a lot of action on both ends of the ball. Both teams are playing well. There have been a lot of fast breaks by each team in this game. They each want to get out and run with it. Both teams are playing defense in the half court.

Hoops 43 is playing a lot of one on one on top of the key and looking for single penetration down the center of the court. Both teams are trying to hit the three point shot when ever they can. Some of they players on the Hoops 43 team have lost there composer here in the beginning of this game they have been arguing some of the calls by the officials. Both teams are playing hard though.
Both teams are not pressing here mid way through the first half. 43 Hoops is doing a good job of talking on the defensive end. BGS has made some open lay ups here in the middle of the first half. Some of these 43 Hoops players are looking sluggish. They are going to have to pick up the pace in order to make a come back. They are playing well its just they are not making the shots that they are taking.

MINNESOTA XPLOSION IS TAKING ON THE MINNESOTA MAGIC
The Minnesota Xplosion is taking on the Minnesota Magic. Both teams are coming out looking to shoot the ball. Both teams are playing a man to man defense here to start the game off.
Minnesota Xplosion is pushing the ball aggressively here in the first half. Both teams are pushing the ball up the court there is a quick pace to this game. The Minnesota Magic team has gained at 6 point lead mid way trough this first half. The Minnesota Magic has been relying on their 3 point shot so far here to start this game off. If they keep hitting the three point shot they will be good but if they miss a few and they don’t feel it could lead to a disaster as the game goes along. So it will be interesting to see how and when they shoot the three point shot.

As the second half gets underway both teams come out fired up both of these teams want to come away from this game with a victory today. The Minnesota Magic is pushing the ball up the court here in the second half. They want to play in transition. That is where their strength is. They have shown that they can play well when they control the tempo of the game. This game has gone up and down the court. Both teams are still playing hard.
Kevin Noreen is playing well here in this game. He is making good cuts to the basket and he is playing hard here in the middle of the second half. The Minnesota Magic is putting a little pressure on Minnesota Xplosion. Both teams are going after loose balls and rebounds they have been many bodies sprawled out on the floor going after loose balls. There is a lot of intensity also being displayed here by both teams. This game is a tight game but The Minnesota Magic has a 57-51 lead with 6:30 left to go in the game.
Both teams have dropped back into a half court man to man defense. They are still going hard at each other but now it is in the half court game. We will have to see if either will pick up full court and press. It looks like they wont and they will keep this game in the half court. Both teams are still shooting the ball well here late in this game. The Minnesota Magic has played well in fact both teams have played well in this game you have to give credit to both teams.
In a good game that was exciting to watch the Minnesota Magic has defeated The Minnesota Xplosion by the final score of 75-63.
