43 HOOPS TOOK ON NET GAIN IN THE 17U DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

43 Hoops took on Net Gain in the 17 and under division of the Minnesota Comets shootout. The game
got off to a quick start. As both teams looked to score at a quick pace.

The score went back and forth for a majority of the first half. Neither team was able to go on a run.

Net Gain looked to get the ball into the hands of Johnny Woodard. Woodard was all over the court as he
took the ball strong to the basket and then stepped up and slowed his defender down.

Woodard was able to get some nice slam dunks on a few open looks at the basket and he took the ball
hard to the rack.

43 Hoops went on a run with just under 6:00 to go.

With 4:56 in the first half the score was 43 Hoops 27 and Net Gain 19.

Marcus Marteze Marshall played well for 43 Hoops. He was all over the court making plays for this
team.

Net Gain didn't get discouraged they kept on shooting the ball.

At halftime the score was 43 Hoops 29 and Net Gain 28.

43 Hoops continued to shoot the ball well. No one was afraid to shoot it. The game remained tight
throughout the second half.

Marshall did a good job of taking the ball to the basket in the second half.

The game was tied at 40 with 9:30 to go.

Net Gain went on a run after the 9:30 mark. Their biggest lead was 8.

The game came down to the wire. Neither team gave up.

Taylor Stafford for Net Gain made a shot at the buzzer to give Net Game the 60-59 victory.
