Judson University took on Concordia St. Paul in a men's basketball game. Judson came into the game with a record of 1-4. This was the first non-conference game for Concordia St. Paul.
Concordia looked to set the tempo of the game from the start. They looked to push the ball down the court and score quick baskets in transition.
Judson started the game out in a 2-3 zone defense. They looked to get Concordia to spread the floor out and take long shots.
Concordia's Kenny Olafeso made some nice drives to the basket. He was able to score easy baskets in transition. When he was in trouble he could find his twin brother Peter and Peter would get the easy basket.
Both teams did a good job of getting the ball out of the net and getting the ball the other direction.
Concordia was not afraid to shoot the three-point basket. They were successful in the first half of making their three-point shots.

Judson guard Landon Skinner did a good job of getting the ball down the court. He was able to get past the pressure the Concordia guards were putting on them.

Concordia St. Paul's Isaiah Thomas was all over the floor. On the defensive end he was able to slow down his man.

Judson University got the ball to start the second half. They looked to get an offensive swing into their favor.
The Judson University guards looked to get quick shots off of dribble penetration early in the half. They didn't want to waste much time on the clock.
Terez Wayne Van Pelt came up with some nice baskets midway through the second half.
Judson University did a good job of going between zone and man-to-man defense. They were able to get with in 10 points of Concordia.
Both teams did a good job of using the clock in their favor.
Judson University hung with Concordia they didn't back down throughout the game.

Concordia St. Paul continued to attack the glass on both ends of the floor. Peter Olafeso continued to knock down thee-point shots.
Judson University called a timeout with 4:43 left in regulation. The score was Concordia St. Paul 75 and Judson 62.
Concordia St. Paul was able to come away with the 87-73 victory over Judson University.
The leading scorers for Judson University were Josh Edwards with 25 points and Adam Hodge with 16 points. They shot 30-67 from the field that included going 7-22 from behind the three-point line. They shot 6-6 from the free throw line. Judson was also able to grab 29 defensive rebounds with a total of 38 rebounds.
The leading scorers for Concordia St. Paul were Peter Olafeso with 20 points, Kenny Olafeso with 19 points, Brent Bartz with 12 points, and Terez Wayne Van Pelt and Cole Olstad with 10 points each. Concordia shot 32-67 from the field that included going 7-16 from behind the three-point line. They shot 16-20 from the free throw line. Concordia was able to snag 28 defensive rebounds with a total of 35 total rebounds.
