MINNESOTA TIMBERWOVLES COACH FLIP HAS CANCER

On Aug. 11, Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Flip Saunders announced that he has Hodgkin’s lymphoma a form of cancer.

Saunders has begun chemotherapy. Hodgkin’s Lymphoma is a curable form of cancer.

Saunders will continue his role as head coach and president of basketball operations of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
