It was the first game of the 2012
Howard Pulley Pro City Summer League where El-Amin Fish House took
on Miller Time.

the glass on the offensive end. In the Summer League they play by NBA
rules with a 24 second shot clock and four eight minute quarters.
It took a while for each team to get a
handle of the offense as neither team shot the ball well. They were
taking shots but they were not going it. The defense was suspect at
best.
Miller Time attacked the basket and was
able to drop a few shots in a row midway in the first quarter.

down floor. Miller Time was able to handle the pressure that El-Amin
Fish House applied.

in the paint. They were able get good looks at the basket and hit
shots that they took. Millertime was also not afraid to stand behind
the three-point line and take shots from there because they were
successful at making them.

loose balls and went after rebounds on both ends of the floor.

House 49 and Miller Time 41.
As the third quarter got underway
Miller Time came out and played hard man-to-man defense. They didn't
want to give up any easy shots. They wanted to fake out El-Amin Fish
House.
Miller Time came out firing on all
cylinders. They were aggressive attacking the basket and looked to
get fouled while they were driving to the basket in the lane.
Millertime got the ball into the hands
of Troy Bell. Bell was all over the floor. On the offensive end Bell
blew by his defenders as he found the basket multiple times. If he
didn't have an open shot he would feed it to his teammates so they
could get the basket. Walley James Ellenson for Millertime also was
in the scoring mode as he was not afraid to shoot the ball from
behind the three-point line.
At the end of the third quarter the
score was El-Amin Fish House 84 and Miller Time 74.

teams tried to get fancy as they looked for slam dunks and wide open
lay ups. Neither team gave up though as they continued to fight late
in the contest.
