The second game of the night in the June Miller Pro City League 123print.com took on the Investors Group. Both teams started out playing hard and really going after each other on both ends of the court.
For the Investors Group Jamar Diggs found his shot early on in the game. His teammates knew this and they were able to get him the ball where he was comfortable with his shot. He was able to hit both the two pointer and three point shot with ease in the early going of the game.
123print.com was able to knock down shots throughout the first quarter. For the Investors Group didn’t back down in the first quarter. They went on a run late in the quarter.
After the first quarter the score was the Investors Group 22 and 123Print.com. 29.
As the second quarter got underway 123Print.com really got on a roll. They were able to score baskets at will.
Jamar Diggs was all over the court. He handled the ball very well and he was able to dribble through his defenders. He wasn’t afraid to take shots from anywhere on the court.
At the halftime the score was 123Print.com 42 and Investors Group 29.
As the third quarter got underway the pace of the game seemed to slow. Both teams continued to play hard but they were not as quick on both ends of the court.
Peter Crawford for the Investors Group found his shot in the third quarter. He was on from all over the court.
Zach Towle the guard for the Investors Group tried to run his team’s offense. He was able to get everyone into the game.
At the end of the third quarter the score was 123Print.com 78 Investors Group 59.
As the fourth quarter got underway 123Print.com went on a run to begin the fourth quarter. 123Print was able to come away with the 112-85 victory over the Investors Group.
The Investors Group was lead in scoring by Jamar Diggs who had 37 points.
