HOPKINS TOOK ON ST CLOUD APOLLO

The Hopkins Royals took on St Cloud Apollo. Hopkins was able to make some shots early and St Cloud was able to match shots with Hopkins in the early goings.

Apollo played zone defense in the first half. They made Hopkins spread the floor out. If Apollo slowed Hopkins down they would be able get in the game.

In the first half Hopkins was able to make shots that they put up. They were up by the score of 36-20.

Hopkins came out on fire in the second half as they were able to knock down shot after shot with ease. St Cloud Apollo didn’t give up. They kept playing hard till the end. But Hopkins was just too much.

Hopkins was able to come away with the 72-49 victory.
