Banco di Sardegna posted their first win in the LegaDue final. They narrowly defeated Vanoli Soresina 110-108 on the road to level the series. Trent Whiting knocked down 28 points to pace the visitors. Jason Rowe added 27 points and 6 boards in the victory. Troy Bell notched 25 points for Vanoli Soresina.
The series is tied at one game apiece. Game three is on Friday June 5, 2009
