Henry Sibley began the game in a zone defense. They wanted to try to get Osseo out of sync early.
Jerrod David Berven found the basket early in the game for Osseo. He was able to beat his defenders off the dribble and fight his way to make baskets.
Both teams traded baskets for a good portion of the first half. I thought that both of these were two evenly matched teams.
Osseo was able to get some easy baskets in transition as they put together a run midway through the first half.
At halftime the score was Osseo 40 and Sibley 31.
As the second half got underway Sibley was able to knock down some quick shots. Sibley was able to attack the basket in the second half. They looked to wear Osseo down. Osseo looked to stick to their game plan by getting the ball inside and applying half court pressure.
Osseo was able to go on a run in the second half.
Osseo continued to dominate in the second half; they would come away with the 79-57 victory over Henry Sibley.
