According to Iowa State University, Iowa State men's basketball player Royce White has been denied a waiver to compete in 2010-11 by the NCAA, the Iowa State Athletics Department announced today. Iowa State is, however, appealing the decision. Iowa State's appeal will be sent to a committee of faculty representatives and athletic directors.
