According to the Super 60 Sports web site. “Super 60 Sports caters to 6-12 grade athletes who are serious about pushing themselves to become great athletes. We employ a highly qualified group of professionals who focus on all aspects of athlete development; from healthy eating to skill development and game strategy.
Our approach is designed to develop lower-skilled athletes, push mid-level athletes and motivate high-performing athletes.
Participants gain health and sports knowledge they can apply to their individual development.
To improve we encourage participants to work hard during all training activities and to continue the same level of dedication after training. Age specific trainings are scheduled regularly and our staff provides participants with homework to keep participants developing between sessions. Like they say, "There is no glory in practice but without practice there is no glory."
