On Nov. 29, BOLD took on Blooming Prairie in the Class A State Football championship game.
BOLD kicked off to Blooming Prairie to start the game. Blooming Prairie took over on their own 29-yard line. Blooming Prairie kept the ball on the ground on their first drive. On 4th-and-11 Blooming Prairie punted the ball.
BOLD took over on their own 30-yard line. BOLD went to the air on their first drive of the game. Blooming Prarie’s Gabe Hagen came up with an 18-yard interception that led to a touchdown. The extra point attempt was good.
With 9:52 left in the first quarter, the score was Blooming Prairie 7, BOLD 0.
BOLD took over on its own 24-yard line. BOLD tried the short yard passing routs early. The Blooming Prairie defense stepped up big and slowed down the offense. BOLD punted on 4th-and-long.
Blooming Prairie took over on their own 48-yard line. Blooming Prairie looked to move the ball down the field both through the running game and the passing attack. On 4th-and-8 Blooming Prairie punted the ball.
BOLD took over on their own 16-yard line. BOLD kept on looking to move the ball down the field. They were able to get past the Blooming Prairie defense. BOLD’S Gavin Voskia came up with receptions that moved the ball down the field. Drew Sagendahl came up with a 15-yard reception for a touchdown. The two-point conversion was good.
With 4:35 left in the first quarter, the score was BOLD 8, Blooming Prairie 7.
Blooming Prairie took over on their own 34-yard line. Blooming Prairie continued to move the ball down the field.

Blooming Prairie moved the ball down the field as they looked to make first downs. Mitchell Fiebiger came up with a first down reception. That set up a 9-yard touchdown reception by Matthew Pryor. The extra point attempt was good.

BOLD took over on their own 17-yard line. BOLD went long and Blake Plass came up with a 34-yard reception. BOLD went long but were not able to get a first down. On 4th-and-9 BOLD punted the ball.
Blooming Prairie took over on their own 20-yard line. Blooming Prairie Alex Baldwin looked to move the ball down the field on rushing plays.

The defense stepped up and slowed down the BOLD offense. The defense continued to pester the quarterback. BOLD’s Matthew Moorse came up with a 38-yard reception for a first down.

Blake Plass came up with a 14-yard touchdown reception. The extra point attempt was good.

Blooming Prairie took over and kept the ball on the ground. Gabe Hagen came up with a reception that moved the chains. Bradley Simon came up with a 37-yard reception. Gabe Hagen came up with a 12-yard reception for a touchdown. The extra point attempt was good.
With 5:44 left in the third quarter, the score was Blooming Prairie 28, BOLD 15.
BOLD moved the ball down the field once again as they kept to the running attack. BOLD punted on 4th-down.
Blooming Prairie took over on their own 30-yard line. Gabe Hagen came up with a first down reception. Blooming Prairie punted on 4th-and-10.
BOLD took over on its own 31-yard line. BOLD’S Jordan Sagedahl kept on coming up with big plays late in the quarter. BOLD kept on moving the ball down the field.
After three quarters of play, the score was Blooming Prairie 28, BOLD 15.
As the fourth quarter for underway BOLD continued to look for the end zone. Blooming Prairie took over on downs.

BOLD called a timeout with 11:40 left in the fourth quarter.
Blooming Prairie’s Gabe Hagen came up with a first down reception. Alex Baldwin came up with a 10-yard reception. Blooming Prairie continued to move the ball down the field through the air. Karson Vigeland came up with a 12-yard touchdown reception. The two-point conversion was not good.
With 10:04 left in the fourth quarter, the score was Blooming Prairie 34, BOLD 15.
BOLD continued to move the ball down the field again. They punted on 4th-and-10.
Blooming Prairie took over on their own 41-yard line. Blooming Prairie moved the ball down the field again as they kept all options open. Matthew Pryor continued to move the ball down the field with defenders hanging on him.

Blooming Prairie moved the ball down the field as they looked to get into the end zone late in the game. Pryor came up with a 6-yard run for a touchdown. The extra point attempt was good.
With 45 seconds left in regulation, the score was Blooming Prairie 41, BOLD 15.
Both teams played hard. In the end Blooming Prairie came away with the 41-15 victory over BOLD.
