BROWERVILLE WENT UP AGAINST BOLD THE CLASS 1A STATE FOOTBALL SEMIFINAL

Browerville went up against BOLD in the Class 1A boys’ football semifinals. BOLD kicked off to Browerville to start the game. Browerville moved the ball down the field as they kept the ball on the ground. Landon Gode for Browerville came up with short runs as they looked to move the chains. On 4th-and-4 Browerville went for it. They were able to come up with a first down by Cory Meyer. Browerville did a good job of getting everyone involved in the offense. Browerville looked to get into the end zone on their first drive of the game. On 2nd-and-1 on the 1. Landon Gode came up with a 1-yard run for a touchdown. The extra point attempt was good.

With 2:54 left in the first quarter, the score was Browerville 7, BOLD 0.

BOLD took over on their own 40-yard line. BOLD’s Jordan Sagedahl completed a 49-yard pass to Gavin Vosika for a touchdown. The extra point attempt was good.

With 2:17 left in the first quarter, the score was tied at 7.

Browerville couldn’t move the ball down the field and BOLD took over on downs on the Browerville 38-yard line.

After one quarter of play, the score was tied at 7.

BOLD continued to move the ball down the field. BOLD’s Tim Peppel came up with a 1-yard run for a touchdown. The two-point conversion was not good.

With 10:05 left in the second quarter, the score was BOLD 13, Browerville 7.

Browerville took over on their own 36-yard line. Browerville continued to move the ball down the field and tried to move the chains. The BOLD defense stepped up and slowed down the Browerville offense. Browerville punted the ball on 4th-and-6.

BOLD took over on their own 17-yard line. BOLD went to the air and Matthew Moorse came up with a 30-yard first down reception. BOLD kept the ball in the air as they looked to move the ball down the field. BOLD’s Gavin Vosika came up with a 44-yard touchdown reception.

The two-point conversion was good.

With 4:38 left in the second quarter, the score was BOLD 21, Browerville 7.

Browerville took over on their own 10-yard line as they moved the ball down the field. Browerville looked down the field in the passing game late in the second quarter.

Browerville punted on 4th down. BOLD took over on their own 48-yard line. BOLD continued to move the ball down the field.

Browerville couldn’t move the ball down the field, and they punted on 4th-and-15.

BOLD moved the ball down the field again. On 4th-and-4 BOLD went for it and came up with a first down.

Both teams played hard BOLD came away with the 56-7 victory over Browerville.
