MINNESOTA TRIPLE THREAT TOOK ON MINNESOTA HEAT REESE IN A BOYS' BASKETBALL GAME

Minnesota Triple Threat took on Minnesota Heat Reese in a boys' basketball game. The game got off to a quick start as each team rushed up and down the court trying to make fast break points.

The score went back and forth throughout the opening minutes of the game. It took a while for these teams to get used to each other.

The game was a very physical game from the beginning. Both teams dove on the floor after loose balls and went after rebounds.

There were many lead changes and ties in the first half of the contest. These two teams were very comparable to each other on all levels.

Minnesota Heat switched up between man-to-man and zone defense. They wanted to keep Triple Threat guessing on what they were going to do on the defensive end, and they did a good job of that throughout the first half.

Triple Threat looked to score on fast break baskets. There were many chances to get fast break points in the first half.

Minnesota Heat Reese got the ball into the hands of Bremiah Snyder. Snyder was all over the floor on the offensive end. He was posed up on the low block and was able to call for the ball on the offensive end. His teammates did a good job of getting him the ball when he was open in the lane on the offensive end.

Brenden Taylor was all over the floor for Heat. On the offensive end he was quicker then the guy that was guarding him. He used his quickness and his smarts to out wit his defender and get past him as he was able to get to the basket effortlessly some times.

At halftime the score was Minnesota Heat Reese 38 and Triple Threat 32.

As the third quarter got underway both teams came out fired up. They each took good shots and still went after loose balls and rebounds. Neither team gave up.

Minnesota Heat Reese was a little quicker then Triple Threat. Heat Reese used their quickness to there advantage to get past Triple Threat.

Both teams looked to score points in transition. They didn't waste much time on the offensive end as they each shot shots from within the three-point line. Minnesota Heat Reese was able to make it so difficult for Triple Threat to get shots off Triple Threat got down but not out. Neither team gave up in the contest.

Triple Threat made a comeback mid way through the second half. Minnesota Heat Reese called a timeout with 10:06 left to go in regulation. The score was Minnesota Heat Reese 51 and Triple Threat 43.

Both teams dove on the floor after loose balls in the second half. There were many tie-ups and jump ball in the second half.

The coaches from each of these squads did a good job of instructing there players on the floor. They kept their kids under control when the players were under stress on the floor.

Minnesota Heat kept the heat on the whole game. They were able to come away with the 70-58 hard fought victory over Triple Threat.
