THE INFORMATION INVESTORS GROUP TOOK ON THE ERROL CARLSTROM PLAYAZ IN THE JUNE MILLER SUMMER LEAGUE

In the first game of the evening the Information Investors Group took the Errol Carlstrom Playaz.

Both teams looked to push the ball from the early goings. This has been a theme as most teams in the league are run and gun types of teams.

Peter Crawford got into the game early. His shot dropped early and often in the first quarter. The game was close throughout the first quarter. Neither team was able to go on a run in the first quarter.

For the Errol Carlstrom Playaz Isaac Rosefelt had a nice few slam dunks in the first quarter. He was able to get the ball up the court and get his teammates into the game.

At the end of the first quarter the score was Information Investors Group 24 and Errol Carlstrom Playaz 23.

The game remained close throughout the second quarter. Both teams rushed their shots in the game. Neither team went on a run through the first half.

Trevor Mbakwe played well in the first half. He had a few nice slam dunks throughout the half. He was also not afraid to pass up a shot and get his teammates involved in the game.

The game was close throughout the first half. Both teams did a good job of defending each other. Neither team went on a run in the first half.

At halftime the score was Investors Group 50 and Errol Carlstrom Playaz 51.

As the third quarter got underway the Errol Carlstrom Playaz went on a run to open the quarter. They had a 61-52 lead with 7:11 left to go in the third quarter.

The Investors Group didn’t give up though they came charging right back with a run of their own.

At the end of the first quarter the score was Errol Carlstrom Playaz 80 and Information Group 72.

As the fourth quarter got underway both teams continued to play well. The Errol Carlstrom Playaz continued to look to get the ball into Trevor Mbakwe. With 7:33 left in the fourth quarter Trevor Mbakwe dislocated his finger. He did not return to the game.

The Errol Carlstrom Playaz was able to come away with the 101-92 victory over the Investor Group.
