TAMPA BAY WENT UP AGAINST MINNESOTA UNITED IN A SOCCER GAME

On Oct. 3 Tampa Bay and Minnesota United went up against each other in a soccer game. The United did a good job of moving the ball down the field. They got everyone involved in the offense.
 
United kept the ball moving down the middle of the field. The United had chances to score early in the first half.
 
Both goalkeepers stepped up big and as they were able to come up with huge saves.
 
The game was very physical. There was a lot of legal jockeying for the ball. Both teams took tumbles and had to be helped off the field throughout the first half.
 
Tampa Bay’s Ben Sweat got ejected on a foul in the 42nd minute of the first half after receiving his second yellow card.
 
Minnesota’s Christian Ramirez scored a goal in the 44th minute in the first half.
 
With that goal that made the score Minnesota 1, Tampa Bay 0. That was the score at halftime.
 
As the second half got underway both teams moved the ball down the field fluidity.
 
The physical play on both ends of the field continued throughout the second half. Both teams had their chances on the offensive end to score goals.
 
Minnesota moved the ball well late in the game. They took every opportunity to score as they could.
 
Minnesota came away with the 1-0 victory over Tampa Bay.
 
The attendance of the game was 8,923.
