SCIENCE AND AG SCHOOL WENT UP AGAINST METRO CHARTER SCHOOL IN A BOYS’ BASKETBALL GAME

On Jan. 15, Science & Ag school went up against Metro School Charter in a boys’ basketball game. 

Metro Charter pushed the ball down the floor and looked to score layups in transition. It took a while for Science & Ag to get into a shooting rhythm. Even though they struggled shooting the ball they kept on attacking the basket. 

Both teams went into a scoring drought in the first half. They both had difficulty scoring the ball. 

Metro Charter moved the ball down the floor well as they looked for their shots. They got everyone involved in the offense. 

The defensive pressure that both teams applied made it difficult for the other team to get open looks at the basket.

Both teams looked to score layups in transition. 

Science and Ag had a difficult time scoring baskets in the first half. Even though they struggled shooting the ball they kept on shooting the ball. 

Both teams dove on the floor after loose balls and rebounds. 

Metro Charter wasn’t afraid to take the ball strong to the basket and come up with layups in transition. 

Even though Science and Ag struggled shooting the ball in the first half they kept on shooting the ball.

At halftime, the score was Metro Charter 31, Science and Ag16.

As the second half got underway Metro Charter kept on attacking the basket and getting their shots.  

Metro Charter used their quickness to get down the floor and scored layups in transition. 

The game got sloppy midway through the second half. There were multiple turnovers midway through the half. 

Both teams played hard throughout the game. Science and Ag struggled shooting the ball throughout the game. They couldn’t keep up with Metro Charter. 

Metro Charter came away with the 75-31 victory over Science and Ag.
