Shannon Currier has been named the head football coach at Concordia University St. Paul. Currier replaces Ryan Williams who stepped down as head coach in November.
Currier’s coaching experiences include 2015-present Concordia-St. Paul Head Coach, 2004-08 Truman State Head Coach, 2000-03 Concordia-St. Paul Head Coach, 1999 Concordia-St. Paul Offensive Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator, 1997-98 Southwest Minnesota State Offensive Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator, 1995-96 Minnesota Crookston Offensive Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator, 1994 Bemidji State Graduate Assistant / Offensive Backfield, 1993 Silver Valley HS (Calif.) Offensive Backfield / Special Teams.
Currier is the eighth coach in the program's history.
